FEMA has revalidated determinations for
properties and/or structures in the Village of Rhinebeck at the
Woods as described in Letters of Map Change (LOMC’s) previously
issued by FEMA.

02-03-12 NOTICE: The Village of Rhinebeck has a Historic
District Overlay Zone law adopted as part of the zoning code of the
Village in August, 2011. Anyone owning a property in the Village
Historic District and wanting to do any exterior renovation or
construction should refer to section 120-38-1 of the Village Code or
contact the Village Planning office at 845-876-1922. The code is
accessible from this website:

05-16-13 Village Water Department Notice - Fire Hydrant
replacement 5/24.
The Tree Committee for the Village is looking for a
new member to help them. The duties include maintaining,
planting and preventing damage to Village trees. Review of
applications for the pruning, removal and planting of trees.
Educating people about trees and advising the Planning Board
working to get trees included in plan sites. We hold a monthly
meeting on the first Tuesday of the month that lasts about 1-2
hours. If you feel that you are interested in becoming a part of
the committee, please contact the Village Clerk at 845-876-7015
or
village.clerk@rhinebeck-ny.gov.
