  • 04-03-20 - Village of Rhinebeck Event: Healthcare Salute Parade in Rhinebeck, April 8, 3pm. 
    Description of event: Join us to show your support for our local healthcare workers at Northern Dutchess Hospital!
    Our healthcare workers are on the frontline, keeping our community safe during the COVID-19 outbreak. Mayor Bassett reached out to the hospital, proposing a socially-distanced way to well-wish, and the hospital is excited to have Rhinebeck come together in this way. CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS


  • 04-01-20 - Deferring Water bills to May 25, 2020 - Given that New York State has declared a State of Emergency which affects the residents of the Village of Rhinebeck to the effect that the Governor’s emergency declaration is requiring all non essential personnel to remain at home and while water maintenance is an essential function of the water department the billing is not. The village board is authorizing delaying mailing and payment of water bills covering the Village of Rhinebeck due on April 25, 2020 to be delayed to May 25, 2020 and the Village Board will not be assessing late fees.

Yard Waste Pick Up
Brush and Yard Waste Removal Pickup Schedule:
North of East/West Market (including East/West Market) - 1st & 3rd Monday
South of East/West Market - 2nd & 4th Monday

§ 38-2 Annual collection of yard waste materials.
Materials compiled in the process of a normal spring/fall yard cleanup of property in the Village shall be collected by Village collection crews. Spring cleanup will be conducted on a continuous basis between April 1 through May 15 of each year. Fall cleanup will be conducted on a continuous basis between October 1 and December 1 of each year.
