Residents of the village are citizens of both the town and village. Town residents who live outside the village are citizens only of the town.

Village Tree Commission - Village of Rhinebeck

The Commission supports tree planting and tree diversity, in recognition of the role trees play in protecting natural resources such as soil, wetlands, water and air quality, as well as preserving the natural beauty and community character of the Village.
