Heart
Safe Initiative Program
The
Heartsafe Initiative is a cooperative effort among the Village
of Rhinebeck, Town of Rhinebeck, Rhinebeck Central School
District, Rhinebeck Chamber of Commerce and community partners
to make Rhinebeck Heart Safe. The idea is, that through
awareness and education, people will be trained in CPR
(cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and AED (automatic external
defribrillator) operation and that through the generosity of
individuals and businesses AED'S will be purchased and placed in
locations with trained people on site.
